Washoe Brewery Building - 3rd floor loft
I purchased the 13,500 sq. ft. Washoe Brewery Building in 2006. I have had a lot of fun making changes to the building since I purchased it. The 3rd floor is the floor that originally held the brewery tanks. This floor is 1800 sq feet and has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry, full bath and bedroom. It is the only floor where the 20 foot ceilings have been lowered to 9 feet. Improvements: Rustic Distressed Hickory Hardwood Floors were installed in all areas except bathroom and kitchen. Slate tile was installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Blue Pine Ceiling was installed in Living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. The red ceiling trim is antique barn wood that was sourced from the brewery barn. All windows replaced with double hung, double pane Pella windows Paint - the living room brick was faux painted.
